faisal and chropher, if you compare your earlier shots with the latest ones, there is a great improvement in the pictures in all aspects. wish i can join you both and learn your techniques. hopefully this week. chropher, you have some great shots to your credit, so dont worry too much on a spoilt day. |

Comedy of errors, chropher, me and ahmed, i had just one very much cropped almost keeper. tomorrow is another day. the boats and buildings become subjects, but we had a good time before and after the fireworks. |

Shatrov, these images lack a bit of punch in terms of vibrancy. Also, there's a lot of empty space. I suppose that is because of the lens you were using and the distance from the source of fireworks. |

nice shots Shatrov. I would agree with Akbar. try to crop out the empty spaces plus adding a bit of contrast to it.
Anyways, will be headin out to Al Seef area tonight by the Waterbus terminal car parking. Will probably be with Ahmed, KGK & Faisal. anybody willing to tag along?
here are a couple more from last night.

Did anyone try some from Shindagha Village? Seems a good point as well. |

Henk, Shindagha may not be a great place to shoot the DSF fireworks. Too many bright lights of the shops / souq in the foreground area. |
